We use a wallet-based billing system. You top up your wallet using PromptPay scan (QR code) or bank transfer, then your subscription auto-renews from your wallet balance. All prices are in Thai Baht (฿).

No, we do not offer refunds. All payments are final. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges.

Payment is easy with PromptPay scan! Just scan the QR code with your banking app to top up your wallet. We also accept bank transfers for larger amounts.

Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Pro anytime. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing. Changes take effect immediately.

You can cancel anytime and keep access until your current billing period ends. After that, you'll return to the Free plan with limited access.
